The Lodge is a large two-storey cottage with water views of Lake Erie. The main floor has an open concept kitchen with a large island and built in appliances. The dining room sits 6. A huge, vaulted ceiling living room has open views from the second floor and skylights. A Foosball table provides hours of play. A large queen bedroom is also on the main floor, as well as a 4-pcs bathroom. The second floor has a huge master bedroom with connected 3-pcs ensuite and a third bedroom with double and single beds. Two parking spots are available. Sleeps 7. Internet included.

Upper Serenity has an elevated view of Lake Erie and the white sand beach. The cottage living area is open concept that includes a living room complete with a gas fireplace, a dining nook and a kitchen with a cathedral ceiling that overlooks the lake. There are three bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 double and 1 double/ twin bunk. Two parking spots are available. Sleeps 7. Internet included.

The Ranch House is a 2-storey cottage and has direct views of Lake Erie. The lower level is open-concept with a dining area, a living room and a kitchen.  The first level also includes a 3-pcs bathroom. On the second level there are three bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double and 1 double/ twin. Two parking spots are available. Sleeps 7. Internet included.

The Loft is a 1-storey +loft cottage that is directly in front of the access to the beach. The cottage living area is open-concept with a dining area, a living room and a kitchen.  The main level also includes a 3-pcs bathroom. There are three bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double and 1 king mattress in the loft. Two parking spots are available. Sleeps 6. Internet included.

Lower Serenity is a 2-bedroom unit with a patio that overlooks the firepit and BBQ area. The cottage living area is open-concept with a dining area, a living room and a kitchen.  There is a 3-pcs bathroom and two bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double/ twin bunk. Two parking spots are available. Sleeps 5. Internet included.

The semi-private white sand beach is arguably the best spot in the area. Only cottage owners in the area have access to the lake. Enjoy the beach during the day and relax at the firepits on the beach or on the property in the evening. Two propane BBQs are available, as well as a children's play area
